LEADERS REMEMBER BECAUSE HISTORY IS A GREAT TEACHER

“Those who don’t learn from history are doomed to repeat it as the adage goes. Leaders need to not only recall and remember the history they have lived through but also to research thoroughly the facts, persons, details, and causes of history. There is an infinite ripple effect from historic events which cannot be discounted by those who would influence others. Polices, procedures, laws, rules are all predicated on precedents and those come from history. Take time to research, recount and recall history. Then take time to teach history and all of its impact on generations to come. Some historic events simply are not worth repeating.” J Loren Norris
