Biden Gets Confused Easily

It appears like #Biden gets more than a little #confused at the end of his cancer moonshot speech. However, in all honesty, it looks like what really happened is he wanted to end the speech by inviting the two people back on stage, but the crowd's applause and the band playing the music made him rethink his plans a little until he decided to invite them back on stage anyway.
