Absolutely No Incentive!

It's not possible for money to incentivize government or healthcare workers because they can only have our best interest at heart and no one else can, because they are the only ones who truly love us. They don't even like money at all. They only spend their money on us because they love us. Government took our money because we can't spend it right. They gave it to the hospitals to save us from covid. The hospital administrators don't work for money, but the government needs to take our money and give it to them because we shouldn't be trusted with it. You know?
