Idaho Senate Applauds the Judiciary

Chief Justice G Richard Bevin of the Idaho Supreme Court and his cronies continue mandating zoom and masks and suspending jury trials in violation of the God given rights of the people and the US and Idaho Constitutions, yet the Idaho Senate stand to applaud them and Madam President Janice McGeachin thanks them for all the "good" work they've been doing "on behalf" of the people of Idaho. The people I know who have dealt with the courts are not happy with them and feel that justice is not the main motivation of the prosecutors and judges. They continue to prosecute frivolous cases, coming up with wacky charges against people for not following their covid measures, while complaining that they need more money and more judges to keep up with increased case load.
Do you feel to applaud their work? Do you think we should increase their salaries and give money for mandatory zoom meetings as requested? Would you applaud them and thank them if you saw them? Well, that's what you're alleged representatives in the Senate are doing.
Was President McGeachin just acting decorous, or was she going out of her way to kiss tyrant ass and please the crowd she was with, thinking we wouldn't be watching? Is this somehow part of the strategy of the legislature to fulfill their constitutional duty to check the judicial branch? Does the Senate think checks and balances are about writing checks to increase the balances of the bank accounts of the members of the judiciary?
