This is how it's done! Imagine if half of the people who entered the court house stood their ground like this!
Claim your rights to enter the courthouse without a mask! Then, if they kick you out, sue them for violation of rights under color of law! Remember that government derives just powers from the consent of the governed. Is it a just power to punish people for not wearing masks when they have not proven anything about the virus or efficacy of mask mandates? Whatever the CDC recommends becomes law that is enforced? Are these judges higher than God to give and take rights?
I did not consent, nor was I asked. Nor were my representatives in the legislature. When did the Idaho Supreme Court get the legislature to pass a law on this? Did they even have a meeting on record and available to the public when they decided to dictate these rules which go against the ID Constitution? "Courts of justice shall be open to every person...right and justice shall be administered without sale, denial, delay, or prejudice."
Also, let's get these awful tyrants voted out at the next election, if we have fair elections: Judge Bevin, Hipler, Manweiler, Steckel, and Dale. Might as well vote no on the rest of them in Ada County too because they have all participated in breaking the laws and Constitutions in discriminating against and incriminating those who won't wear masks. No one shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. What about the right to health freedom and to breathe and communicate freely and "face" your accuser?
