Constitutional Carry Ruled Unconstitutional in Texas

A federal district court judge in Texas has ruled Texas's Constitutional Carry law unconstitutional as it relates to 18, 19, and 20-year-olds. In a huge win for the Second Amendment and first-of-its-kind lawsuit since the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen case (NYSRPA v.
