How To Clean & Restore White Wall Tires

After buying a car that had white wall tires on it that must have never been properly cleaned I noticed that regular tire cleaner and brush wouldn't brighten the white wall to the original look. I demonstrate using a different method to scrub any brake dust or staining off of the white wall.
