Kristina Morros MS, CRNA, takes you to cooking school and teaches you how to make ghee. Ghee is a fermented clarified butter used in Indian cooking. This recipe does not use fermented butter, but UNSALTED butter which is what you must use when making ghee. Ghee is a healthy fat that you can cook with in place of vegetable oils and this can be added to your bulletproof coffee as you intermittent fast. Adding ghee to the coffee will help you stay full longer and is a great way to kick off your day with healthy fats.
