Almost ASMR - Easy Salsa

•Okay I’ll be honest this is some crap ASMR but it IS the easiest and most delicious salsa recipe that you can throw together in minutes, all in a food processor or blender.

•I cut this recipe in half and still made two jars. I threw one in the fridge for dinners this week and the other in the freezer for future use. It will separate a bit when I defrost it but that is solved with a quick blend or process (best) or just shake or stir (also works).

•The first two things I throw in are a frozen jalapeño and a frozen chipotle pepper. My husband grew a ton of hot peppers in his garden this year and we could not keep up! I threw a bunch in a bag, whole, and threw them in the freezer. They defrost in minutes or you can blend/process them frozen. Works great. You could also slice or chop and then freeze them. For the chipotle pepper, when I open a can of chipotle in adobo, I take the leftover chipotle peppers and put each one in its own cube in an ice cube tray, along with some adobo sauce. Then I freeze. Once frozen, I transfer the peppers from the tray to a freezer bag, keep in the freezer, and remove one or two as needed.
