FIX - Minecraft Worlds Not Downloading

How to fix the Minecraft Worlds in the Minecraft Marketplace not downloading bug and how to make Minecraft Marketplace World Updates work again. In this video I will show you how. It's a bit of a last resort, but after several months of not being able to download my store purchases, not finding any other solutions from Microsoft or Mojang, this is what worked for me. The Minecraft Templates not downloading is a know bug and remains unresolved in Mojang's Jira Bug Reporting Board.
