9/14/2022 Worm Wednesday Feeding and Baiting 1 lb red wigglers bin

Today I did the feeding for the 1 lb red wigglers bin. An early checkin showed a lot of worms in the feeding area but once the food was pretty much gone the worms moved back into the castings. Now I will use a bait cup to remove more worms from the castings. I will check the bin after 3-5 days and remove the worms in the bait cup and the feeding zone. This weeks feeding has lettuce, watermelon, and cucumber. The grit for the feeding zone is azomite and ground eggshells. I had some microphone trouble at the end but made it through.
