A message from Sara Brady, Park Mom

Please come to the Ada County Courthouse in Boise, ID this upcoming Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at 2:00 pm.

This is the FIRST hearing I've been "allowed" to appear in person while my case is argued to be dismissed.

I took my children to Kleiner Park, in Meridian Idaho April 21, 2020.
I was arrested for trespassing even though I was never within a closed area of the park.

I was hauled off to the Ada County Jail where they had been releasing criminals due to Covid.

The State of Idaho, REPUBLICAN Attorney General Lawrence Wasden has said he has been ready since day 1 to prosecute my case.
Idaho SHOULD be the freest State in the Nation. But Republican leaders continue to look away as a mom is dragged thru the court system for 2.5 years for standing on an open and legal area of the park.
I have fought the State of Idaho for 875 days, 125 weeks, 28 months, and 2.5 years.

I have had 4 lawyers and spent over $25,000.00
I have attended more than 20 hearings, all on zoom with the exception of one of those hearings where I was "allowed" to see Judge Adam Kimball in person.

The courts have scheduled and canceled 2 separate trials.
Where is my due process? Where is my right to a speedy trial?
All because I took my children to a playground and dared to ask questions and push back.

As I near what I hope to be the finish line I need my supporters now more than ever. I hope to see a room full of smiling supportive faces.
