Trying out a new recipe: Armadillo Eggs on the Pit Boss

Join me while I try out this new trending recipe: Armadillo Eggs! I’ll be cooking up some Parmesan garlic wings, also.

Ingredients:
Jalapeños- seeded
2 8oz Cream cheese-softened
1 cup Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp Garlic powder
Sweet rub/seasoning of your choice
2 packs Ground sausage of your choice
1 pack Bacon
BBQ sauce-optional

Instructions:
1. Combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and sweet rub.
2. Pipe cheese mixture into hollow jalapeños.
3. Wrap jalapeños in ground sausage until completely covered
4. Wrap bacon strips around sausage.
5. Season with sweet rub, again.
6. Cook on grill for approx 2 hours at 300°
