Lockdown area control checkpoint

In a lockdown area, residents need to stay within the red barriers. On the first day of a lockdown, people within the zone are still allowed to leave, but not allowed to go back inside. Resident outside the zone are allowed to return home as well, but only on the day that the lockdown for that area is implemented. Different areas may have slightly different policies.
