This is a healthy vegan cupcake recipe with delicious coconut frosting.

Here is the list of ingredients:
1,5 cup ground oats or oat flour (150g)
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (65g)
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup date paste (150g)
3 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup hot water (120ml)
1/2 cup hot milk, any milk of your choice (120ml)

Frosting:
1 can cocnut milk
agave, honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
