My relationship with school and education is rather old, it started when I was few months old and my grandmother would take me to the school she worked with all my toys and diapers packed in a basket. But it got worse when I was put in a boarding school away from my grandmother because we didn’t have good schools in our town. Being in a boarding school in my early 10 years were tough initially but slowly I learnt to live.

The rigid schooling system, the scary ambience of the school boarding school, the typical smell of the school office and the loneliness of staying away from my grandmother will be forever etched in my memory.

Life brought me back to school when my son was 2 and half years old and I was looking for schools for him, I gave up my career which had just started after I did my MPhil in Optomtery to take care of him and chose to work in the school where he was studying.

It was the beginning to proceed towards my calling, I started as a teacher and worked my way to become a program co-ordinator implementing various programs in schools.

I explored my profile in different capacities going beyond what was expected of me and that is my trade mark to explore and take my role beyond what is framed.

I am happy that we are at a point where education is being disrupted for good, parents are questioning, teachers are transitioning and education is being re imagined by people from different fields.

My look forward to meet people who are bringing a change in education not just by Integrating technology but going deep to understand what changes are necessary to meet the current needs.

I look forward to meet people who are rethinking, re-inventing education, lets be a generation where kids grow happy and learn with joy.
