Cloudflare and KiwiFarms

Cloudflare has basically kicked KiwiFarms off the Internet. They're probably still accessible in some form, but their presence has at best been diminshed.

And it's understandable when they were engaging in doxxing and even swatting, which is a harm that can actually kill people.

But what's the cost? What is the damage done by the idea that we can just cut bad people off the Internet? And what's the ramifications of saying it's a GOOD thing that these bad people can now be cyberattacked?
