Appears as though only Allah's beloved gain permission or "authorisation" from Allah to "pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth".

I trust HIKMAH (wisdom) from the corrupted and flawed TORAH (Old Testament) and INJEEL (New Testament) that is not in conflict with the uncorrupted and protected absolute certain truth in the QUR'AN in the same way I trust hadith that is not in conflict with the Word of Allah (SWT).

He revealed to you, the KITAAB in truth, CONFIRMING that which was before it, and He revealed the TORAH and the INJEEL. [3:3]

Hadith of Angel Gabriel (as)
“To believe in:
(1) Allah,
(2) His Angels,
(3) HIS BOOKS,
(4) His Messengers,
(5) the Last Day and
(6) the divine decree, both good and bad,”

And of the people is he who purchases IDLE HADITH (tales of men) to mislead [others] from the path of Allah without knowledge and takes it in ridicule. Those will have a HUMILIATING PUNISHMENT. [31:6]

And after that He WIDENED the earth. (An-Nazi'at, 79:30)

The ostrich egg is a NOUN. I looked up the triliteral root dāl ḥā wāw (د ح و) which occurs only once in the Quran, in the form of a VERB daḥā (دَحَىٰ).

This is what it says, word-for-word:
dāl ḥā wāw (د ح و) to spread out, to level up, to widen, to enlarge, to relax.
daḥā (دَحَىٰ) [v. trans.] to roll out, to spread out, to expand, to widen up.
