Understanding The Problems in Hawaii's Emergency Statute

I made this video for to help people understand how to read and interpret a proposed bill or resolution. I also wanted to point out some of the major flaws in our current emergency statute and clear up the confusion behind the intent Felicia Cowden had in making this proposal.

As of the date of this upload, unfortunately the resolution was not passed. For Our Rights will continue to work towards reforming emergency powers in Hawaii through lobbying and legal action where necessary.
