Meghan Lukens' so-called "anti-racist" extremism. She has not yet made any reference to these views.

You may start watching at 4:30 min detailing why she believes and wants to put into action a way to treat people especially students and teachers by judging people first on the color of their skin and which social group, religion or heritage they belong to, not their actions and beliefs.
As she says herself, white supremacy is by default part of every white persons being, unless you become an ally of Meghan. And so you must repent before her and declary yourself an "ally".

She does not say or provide proof/data how this extreme ideology has improved academic achievement, the school experience for students or created positive long-term outcomes.

This ideology is based on Critical Race Theory (CRT) and so-called "anti-racist" ideology.
Meghan Lukens bullies and demonizes her fellow white Americans while infantilizing and deniying agency to black and hispanic Americans, creating a deep racial rift.
At the same time, she is elevating herself above her fellow teachers and school leadership. Her end goal is to become a school leader. Anti-racism and critical race theory are her immoral pathways to achieve this.
