Candidate Lukens describes how she would change the curriculum for High school students she teaches as to to "decolonize"the content and make it more compliant to Critical Race Theory and so-called "anti-racist" ideology.

She does not say or provide proof/data how this extreme ideology has improved academic achievement, the school experience for students or created positive long-term outcomes.

...detailing why she believes and wants to put into action a way to treat people especially students and teachers by judging people first on the color of their skin and which social group, religion or heritage they belong to, not their actions and beliefs.

This ideology is based on Critical Race Theory (CRT) and so-called "anti-racist" ideology.
Meghan Lukens bullies and demonizes her fellow white Americans while infantilizing and deniying agency to black and hispanic Americans, creating a deep racial rift.
At the same time, she is elevating herself above her fellow teachers and school leadership. Her end goal is to become a school leader. Anti-racism and critical race theory are her immoral pathways to achieve this.
