Azerbaijan and Armenian Clashes

Clashes between Azarbaijan and Armenia have occurred again. Casualties have mounted on both sides, in which restraint has been called for from the international community.

Even though the flare-up has been due to the age-old conflict over the Nagorno Karabakh region, there may be more behind these clashes.
