How to make smoked shotgun shells on any grill. Get a box of manicotti shells and your favorite sausage with a brick of gouda cheese and stuff the shells and wrap with bacon. Cook indirect on a grill at 350-375 degrees F for 45-60 minutes and baste with bbq sauce on all sides for an addition 10 minutes per side.
