Update and Install Java
sudo apt update
sudo apt install default-jdk

Add Key
wget https://dlcdn.apache.org/hadoop/common/hadoop-3.3.1/hadoop-3.3.1.tar.gz

Find the JAVA_HOME path
readlink -f /usr/bin/java | sed "s:bin/java::"

Configure JAVA_HOME PAth
sudo nano /usr/local/hadoop/etc/hadoop/hadoop-env.sh

Run Hadoop
/usr/local/hadoop/bin/hadoop
