Volunteer Asks For Putin's Approval to Name a Falcon "Storm"

During his recent visit to the Falcon Center in Kamchatka (eastern Russia), Vladimir Putin was shown a few of the falcons at the facility up close by some young volunteers at the falcon center.

Wearing a special glove, in a remarkable display caught on camera by SkyNews, falcon center volunteer Aleksandra Sivko had a falcon fly from her hand to Putin's gloved left hand. After the personal demonstration, the young lady asked Putin for permission to name the falcon "Storm".

WHY would she be asking permission of Putin to name a falcon? Why the name "Storm"?
WHY did Putin bring up the ongoing Russian special military unit (called "Storm") on special military missions in a special military operation currently under way in the Donbas region of eastern Ukraine - an operation that Putin claims will result in the end of "Liberal Globalism"?

Is it just me, or did this entire thing appear to be completely scripted from start to finish? We ARE watching a movie. Actually, we are watching SEVERAL movies simultaneously.

It seems QUITE clear that President Donald Trump and Russia President Vladimir Putin are escalating comms.

Call me a conspiracy theorist. Go ahead. It obviously would not be the first time someone called me that. I have been hearing that for over half a century. There is absolutely NO reason for Vladimir Putin to be just randomly discussing special military units, special military missions, and special military operations - and to young falcon center volunteers ON CAMERA no less!
