By now, I'm sure you have heard at least something about our cease and desist order from May 9 (delivered to us on May 12). We filed a temporary restraining order in federal court in Pennsylvania. The ATF rescinded their C&D order 2 days before our first hearing. Based on that, the federal judge has ruled today, June 9 2022, that JSD is no longer under those orders and can resume business. We have made available parts that are ready to ship within 1-2 business days of ordering.

I can't believe the outpouring of support you and others in the community have shown us. I want to thank you for standing by us during this difficult time.

We are ready to get back to work to continue providing you the products you know and love.
