You may be searching for the wrong thing.

Regardless of whether that's romantic, platonic, or spiritual, Rumi advises us to don't look for love. We shouldn't look for love, because love is already here, inside us.

Paraphrasing the famous Rumi quote, our goal is not to seek love, but to seek and find all the obstacles that prevent us from realizing it. We sabotage our own happiness and ability to experience love.
