I am a Food enthusiast who loves cooking, baking and creating all types of foods but is limited by what am able to eat.

EVERY DAY, I eat grass-fed beef with salt and mineral water ONLY. I’ve lived like this for four years now. The recipes with “Carnivore” are my regular meals.

The rest of the recipes are my own creations for my family.

Pan-Seared Rare Steak

INGREDIENTS
1 Sirloin Steak – 3-4 inches thick
½ teaspoon of salt

INSTRUCTIONS
Rub the salt into the top sirloin steak. Leave for 30 minutes.

STOVE TOP COOKING
Heat frying pan up on high heat.
Pan-seared for 2 mins on both sides. Cooking a bit longer will be medium rare. Living on a pure carnivore diet, my preference is rare meat with salt only.
