Each week we explore the 5 Element Foundation of Breaking, Choreography for the month & then sprinkle in some Calisthenic Strength.

The goal is to support everyone's performance and get them to a professional level of movement. This way if or when the students are ready to perform on stage or in a video they are well prepared to do so.
