White Allies Are Not Necessary - This Is Why Racism exists

Allies aren't needed. What's needed is for people who feel guilty for whatever reason to stop trying to convince those who don't feel the way they do to see and feel differently. It's even worse for a White person to try to convince someone "how oppressed they are." Let's stop this, people.
