"SURPRISE, SURPRISE" — "What was once happening in the back yards of American border towns in the Southwest is now in the front yards of Americans all over our nation," said Culpeper County Sheriff Scott Jenkins at a press conference on border security and crime in Washington, DC. Jenkins ripped into California for releasing an alleged shooter wanted in Virginia and believed to be involved with a cartel.
