Roanoke Pontoon Boat Outing

As we get closer to releasing the Aquatic Rover out into the wild, I realised that we did not have a method of recovering it should anything go wrong. Nothing ever goes wrong right? Anyway, I figured this Roanoke Pontoon Boat would be a cost effective way of getting that done.
