6 LIES about the AR-15 told by each side

Private ownership of the AR-15 has been a hot topic for decades and the debate surrounding it has led to some disingenuous arguments....

In this video, I address the top lies that come from both sides of the debate.

VIDEO CORRECTIONS:
(This video is intended to dispel lies. Therefore, it would be inconsistent of me to not mention the following corrections. "Always tell the truth, or at least, don't lie." -JBP)
1) Though many sources state that AR stands for "Armalite", AR stands for "Armalite Rifle", not just "Armalite".
2) At 2:30, I reference the GVA stats on annual mass shootings and then again refer to their data at the 2:55 mark. However, the source referenced at the 2:55 mark that I cite for mass shootings involving rifles reports a much smaller number of overall mass shootings because they use the mass shooting criteria set by Mother Jones. Therefore, when I state that since 1985, only 49 of those mass shootings reported by the GVA are done with a rifle, this was an inadvertent conflation of data. Though, this still does not detract from the overall argument that a small percentage of mass shootings are performed with a rifle.
