Friends, make no mistake we are more fragile now than we have been in this housing correction. The FED meets tomorrow and delivers policy announcement on Wednesday that could cause things to get nutty for a minute. The worst may not be behind us as I had hoped but I do think its not far from here when we "bottom" and start to see rates reverse.
