Marxists use many strategies to defeat their opponents and one of them is instilling fear in them. President Biden’s recent speeches calling the opposition Fascists or Racists is one example.

Another is called “The Action is in the Reaction” and an example is reaction to 9/11. Terrorist attacks caused the government to react and create Homeland Security and the surveillance state.
