2021 0914 Cops at this building possibly for me

I believe this patrol came to detain me, I’m not sure, I am assuming, the cops didn’t press my buzzer, apparently, they rung the bell at my door, without identifying themselves, they left no note nor citation at my door either. I believe they came due to my refusal to talk to a stranger who the only information he has provided me is that he has a referral to talk to me at my home. I asked this person to provide with more information, a copy of the referral, what are my rights, what is the procedure, I asked from him and his supervisor for as much information as I might need, hence, I could make an inform decision about how to proceed, Manhattan Adult Protective Services has ignored me. In a democracy, I’d be shocked, but I’m not, I know what is going on, the spy agencies are the actual rulers, a mafia, that I can be arrested at my home without the slightest idea of why, would be staggering in a democracy. I’m getting used to the idea that my case will never be made officially public, that I’ll be arrested for some bogus claim, and that no one will be able to move a finger for me, all the help I’ve gotten so far remains extremely limited. Nevertheless, I’ll make as difficult as is possible, from the legal point of view, therefore, their corrupt operations become as obvious as is possible. I am sure I’ve done nothing of such nature to deserve to be arrested at home without having the slightest idea of why, this look like a dead squad operation coming to someone home, grabbing the person.
Due that the spy agencies routinely deploy massive amounts of toxins in my apartment, the previous night to a major offensive, and also during the day of the attack, I was mentally very well prepared for anything. Moreover, the sleep deprivation these toxins causes make me to be too tired to do much anyways.
