How to cook zucchini to want to eat every day.
Delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner, a simple recipe is quick.
Ingredients
Zucchini 1 piece
Onion 1 piece
Sweet pepper 1 piece
Eggs 2 pieces
Olive oil or sunflower oil for frying
Garlic 1 clove
Salt to taste
Parsley or dill to taste
1.Cut the zucchini.
2.Cut the onion in half rings.
3. Heat the frying pan, pour in the oil, add the onion, salt to taste and fry over medium heat until half cooked.
4. Cut the pepper into cubes.
5.Pour the bell pepper into the pan and, with the lid closed, simmer until medium cooked.
6.Add chopped zucchini to the pan.
7.Cut the garlic.
8.Salt to taste.
9.Cook until done.
10.Add the eggs, mix and leave with a closed lid on low heat for 3 minutes.
11.Add parsley or dill to taste and desire.
