2 tbsp Cooking Wine
¼ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Beef Stock or Broth
2 tsp Cornstarch
FOR STIR-FRYING
3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Garlic minced
1 tsp Ginger fresh, finely chopped

Garnish:
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
4 Scallions thinly sliced
3 cups steamed Rice of your choice
