Bullying is not a joke. Its causing depression, anxiety, and mental health issues. It’ s even pushing people to commit suicide!

Spirit Butler was only 14 years old, when she committed suicide after being a victim of bullying for years. She passed away on 25 August 2022.

We have to stop bullying! We have to do more!

Are you aware of any type of bullying, whether at school, at work, or at home? Speak up!

Are you a victim of bullying? Reach out! There are helplines, family, friends, counsellors, teachers, co-workers – Get back up and talk to someone!

Are you a bully? Reach out! Talk to someone! Face your issues and find yourself!
