I just got scr_wed by my bank

I just had my credit card shut down due to credit card fraud. My Chase Credit Card is closed and the bank JP Morgan Chase wants me to prove who I am using very sensitive material (more than needed to apply for a credit card) to prove who I am after Chase Bank sent the wrong credit card in the first place. Lesson here is do not activate the secondary credit card before the primary credit car holder has done so first.
