Liang Gang, Li Feng, and Yue Jiu, leading 30,000 troops in total, were ordered by Yuan Shu to attack Lu Bu in 197, in revenge for the execution of Han Yin. However, the invasion of Xu Province was beaten off and an alliance was formed to attack Yuan Shu's base at Shouchun. Li Feng, Yue Jiu, Liang Gang, and Chen Ji and 100,000 troops were subsequently sent to defend the castle. But they were captured alive and executed.
