I'm not a writer. So how do I go about figuring out even how to start a book like this?

I teach people how to create their own writing style. Are you conversational?
Are you educational? Are you more interview style? There are people who write books, for example, some great books out there on millionaires,
how to become a millionaire, or messages from millionaires. And you can just go around and find millionaires and interview them and create the transcript of that in your book, and that's an interview-style book.
