Please give this man a job. The current measures make no sense!

Meet Paul, an honest, hardworking man who couldn't take the intrusive and painful PCR tests anymore. He also chose not to be vaccinated after doing his own research. He is having trouble finding a new job because he doesn't want to be vaccinated. Why should he be discriminated because he wants to be responsible for his health and doesn't want to take an experimental jab?
