Surprising no one, Joe Biden was seen looking lost and roaming around in New York City.

Biden delivered remarks at the Global Fund’s Seventh Replenishment Conference Wednesday.

Perhaps seeking some replenishment of his own, Biden wandered off looking lost at the conclusion of his remarks, seemingly not knowing where to go or what to do.
