“If you know to do right and you do nothing it is wrong. If you know some one else is doing wrong and you do nothing, it is wrong. If you are a leader, what good is your influence if you do not exercise it with vigilance and diligence? Willful blindness is IMHO complicity in the very act of injustice the leader ignores. Do what is morally right, even if it is not enforceable by law. If you can prevent harm do so, that’s your leadership duty.” J Loren Norris
