Crispy, but very soft inside shortbread cookies with peanuts in chocolate inside, this is what will delight you and your loved ones with its amazing taste.

Ingredients:
1 C1 egg
100 gr sugar
100 gr butter
160 gr flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
150 gr chocolate covered peanuts
1/3 teaspoon salt

Cooking time: 25 min

STEPS:
Mix egg, sugar, salt and soft butter.
Sift flour and baking powder, mix. The dough will be sticky.
Add chocolate, mix with a spatula.
Form into balls or simply scoop out with a spatula on baking paper. The cookies will spread during baking and become flatter.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Once the cookies are golden brown, take them out.
