Cherish Perrywinkle | Abducted from a Walmart in Plain Sight | Donald Smith | Part 1 | True Crime

On June 21, 2013, eight-year-old Cherish was abducted from her local Walmart, whilst she was shopping with her mother. A stranger had offered to buy them some outfits.
The man, a 56-year-old predator named Donald James Smith, first approached Cherish and her mother in a dollar store where he convinced them to go with him to the nearby Walmart where he would treat the family to McDonald’s and some new clothing.
What happened next was horrifying.
