As inflation increases the discretionary income of American’s goes down, and then they stop buying things which leads to a recession.

I this round of recessionary activity however we are seeing a surplus of goods because of the supply chain freeing up and the over stock is going to cause a potential deflationary period in when items are sold for less to incentivise the consumer to buy them and clear the inventory.

It’s quite the situation we are in.

Be wise, use your money for necessities (things you need) and wait for sales to come along on the things you “want” .
