Did Boris Johnson Know Covid Was Coming?

In 2019 Boris Johnson, then UK Prime Minister, addressed the United Nations in a conference speech where he talked of anti-vaxxers, nanotechnology, GPS body implants and Orwellian surveillance. Coincidence? Simultaneously his father, Stanley Johnson, was planning to re-release his book, 'The Virus'.
