Sonic the Hedgehog's Instantaneous Shoe Change - Sonic Adventure 2 (Sega Dreamcast)

Sonic's original shoes were replaced with SOAP shoes that in part to a deal that was made to advertise them in Sonic Adventure 2. SA2 was already finished some time before the deal was reached, so early SEGA Dreamcast release copies has the Opening Hero Story where Sonic escapes from the Helicopter with his normal shoes, and then instantly can be seen wearing the SOAP shoes.
